WHAT WE OFFER

ONE ON ONE & GROUP TRAINING

ONE ON ONE - A client will receive at least 45 minutes to an hour of focus during a one-on-one session. Sometimes a session may exceed that time depending on each individual client’s needs.

GROUP - Group training will include small and large groups of two or more people. These sessions may include high intensity training “HIT” type training, weight training, or athletic performance training. Groups will mainly consist of individuals with the same fitness goals in mind. For example, we may have a group of high school athletes training in an after-school session, then conduct an evening HIT class for adults, after work hours.

REMOTE TRAINING

Remote training consists of an Unbreakable Lifestyle trainer commuting to a location to train an individual client, or group. The locations may include a client’s home, a field, park, or a separate gym.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

Virtual training is another way a client can get the same quality service without being in the facility. The training may include zoom, facetime, skype, etc. An experienced trainer will conduct a session with the same or similar protocol, depending on the availability of resources and equipment.

WORKOUT PROGRAMMING

Workout programming consists of Unbreakable Lifestyle formatting a workout regimen for an individual, group, or athletic team without the client being present in the facility. We will distribute the programming electronically or however is most convenient for the client.
